Seat selection process will begin May 12th and run through June 2nd.
Each season ticket holder will have 15 minutes to select their seats from the start of their appointment time.
Due to the high volume of calls, we ask that you only call during your appointment time. Seats cannot be reserved ahead of your scheduled time.
If you miss your appointment time USA Athletics will select the best available seats for you.
Prior to May 12th you may call 251-461-1USA with questions about the seat selection process. Beginning May 12th please email tickets@usouthal.edu with your full name, phone number and stated question and we will respond as quickly as possible.
We are happy to accommodate the requests of multiple account holders who would like their seats together. You must defer to the latest appointment time in your group and send an email to tickets@usouthal.edu prior to May 12th confirming your intentions.
Please note USA Athletics reserves the right to adjust a season ticket holder’s seating location to maximize inventory and not leave single seats.
Season ticket locations can be selected in person; however it is recommended that all selections take place over the phone. Due to the high volume of phone calls, selecting in person may delay your opportunity to select the best seating locations.
If you know in advance you will not be able to select your seats during your appointment time you may contact the USA Ticket Sales office at 251-461-1USA with stated preferences or designate a proxy to choose for you. If designating a proxy you must provide email confirmation of your designation to tickets@usouthal.edu.
Priority Points – In cases where married couples have accumulated points individually, the appointment time will be issued based on the person with the highest number of points.
